Every stick contains the same formula: 5g micronized creatine monohydrate, the studied daily dose. Electrolytes: sodium, potassium, and magnesium, balanced for daily hydration. Vitamin D3: picks up where sunlight stops. Nothing else. No fillers, no artificial sweeteners.

One stick a day. Tear, stir into 16 ounces of cold water, sparkling water, or any drink you're already having. Dissolves clean. Take it any time, with or without food, and ideally every day.

how to take it

One stick a day. Tear it open, tip it into 8 to 16oz of water, and stir. It goes into anything you already drink: cold water, a smoothie, coffee, whatever is in your hand at the time.

Any time of day, with or without food. There is no loading phase and no cycling. The only variable that actually matters is that you take it daily, because creatine works by filling your stores and that takes roughly 30 consecutive days.

Each stick is filled to the same 5g at the factory, so there is no scoop to level and no dose to guess at.

how it's made

Formulated and produced with our manufacturing partner in the United States, who develops the formula, blends it, and fills and seals every stick.

The clean-label decisions are deliberate. We use rice hulls as the flow agent instead of silicon dioxide. Sweetness comes from Rebaudioside M and monk fruit, never sucralose or aspartame. The color comes from real tart cherry fruit powder rather than an added colorant, which is why every stick carries a full gram of it.

The packaging carries a foil barrier layer to keep moisture out. That matters more than it sounds: creatine monohydrate is sensitive to moisture, and a sealed single serve only gets opened once, on the day you drink it.
